When do you distribute the rental income?
We distribute rental income monthly, between the 1st and the 7th of the following month. For example, rental income from November will be distributed between December 1st and 7th. If you invested during the month.
Can I reinvest my earnings?
Yes, absolutely. Through the Get Realty web platform, you can reinvest your monthly rental income directly into new real estate opportunities.
All rental income is distributed in stablecoins such as USDC. If your balance is sufficient to cover the full value of a new investment, you can complete the purchase using your wallet balance.
