# Fees on the GetRealty Platform

Below is detailed information about the fees and charges applicable on the GetRealty platform:

### Account Opening

* There are no charges to open a GetRealty account.

### Investment Fees

* Fee for raising funds (construction or rental property tokens): 8% of the amount raised.

### Property Management Fees

* A 10% commission on rental income for managing the property, finding tenants, and collecting rents.

### Capital Gain Fee

* At the time of the property sale, 20% of the capital gain distributed to the investor is charged by GetRealty.

### Secondary Market Sale Fee

* When selling tokens on the secondary market (P2P) within the GetRealty platform, a 3% transaction fee is applied. This fee ensures long-term liquidity and covers operational costs related to buybacks.

### Current Status

* At the moment, there are no other fees on the platform.
