# Purchasing Construction Tokens

Go to the Construction Stage Properties section on the GetRealty platform.

**Here you will find a list of available projects, including:**

* Token price in USD
* Current amount of attracted investments
* Project description
* All accompanying legal and financial documentation

### How to Purchase

1. Select the project you are interested in and click on the corresponding property.
2. Specify the number of tokens you want to purchase based on your budget.
3. Click “Buy” and confirm the transaction in your connected Web3 wallet.

### What Happens After the Purchase?

After the purchase, you become a rental income partner in the future property. Once construction is completed and the property starts generating income, you will receive your proportional share of the net rental income directly to your wallet in USDC.

Additionally, as the property value increases, the value of your tokens may also appreciate, giving you the opportunity to profit from both rental income and potential capital gains.
