# Selling Tokens on the P2P Market

On the GetRealty platform, you can sell your tokens representing a share of rental income at any time — quickly and securely.

### How to List Tokens for Sale

1. Go to the “P2P Market” tab in the main menu.
2. Select the tokens you want to sell.
3. Specify the quantity and the price at which you want to list them.
4. Confirm the operation in your connected wallet.

After placement, your offer will be visible to other users, who will be able to purchase your GetRealty tokens directly within the platform.

### Important Notes

* This is the section where GetRealty platform investors can sell their tokens directly to other users.
* When selling via the P2P market, the platform charges a 3% commission on the transaction amount.

### Eligibility

Currently, sales are only possible for properties that are fully completed and generating rental income.

### Example Flow

1. Find the property in the P2P section.
2. Specify how many tokens you want to sell, or click “Max” to list them all.
3. Click “Sell” and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Once another user purchases your tokens, the corresponding amount in USDC will be credited to your wallet. You can always view these transactions in your wallet’s history.

You can also use the received USDC to purchase additional real estate tokens from other users in the same P2P Market.
