# Investment Strategies for Construction Projects

After construction is completed, you can choose one or combine several strategies to manage your GetRealty tokens and maximize your investment potential.

You can apply a single approach or mix different ones depending on your goals.

### 1. Hold the tokens and earn rental income

* Keep your tokens and start receiving rental income proportional to your share of the property’s net income.
* Once the property is operational, construction tokens automatically convert into standard rental tokens and begin generating passive income.
* You can sell your tokens anytime on the integrated secondary market.

### 2. Sell tokens at the updated market value

* List your tokens for sale in the “Rental” section of the platform as standard rental tokens.
* Once sold, you receive USDC directly to your connected wallet.
* While your tokens are listed for sale, you will continue earning rental income until the transaction is completed.
