# Marketplace

The GetRealty Marketplace is a web-based platform where investors can easily buy and sell income-generating real estate tokens.

### **What you can do:**

* Explore income-generating real estate properties available for fractional investment
* List your tokens for resale to other users via the internal secondary market
* Access verified data from the blockchain and internal platform reports, including:\
  ○ Rental income history\
  ○ Estimated returns\
  ○ Token performance over time

### Transaction Model

* GetRealty applies a fixed transaction fee for all secondary market sales
* All trades are processed within the platform to ensure full security and AML/KYC compliance
* Token resale is limited to the GetRealty Marketplace — peer-to-peer transfers outside the platform are not supported, providing better protection for all parties involved
